The victory and liberation of Tikrit has enriched the combat experience of the armed forces and empowered their spirits, as well as displaying their great ability to understand the modern techniques of weapons and war. However, more importantly than all, is that the Tikrit victory has presented an important model in field coordination and cooperation between the ranks of the armed forces and PMF, through which an epic victory was achieved by defeating ISIS and putting a stop to their aggressive plans.
The new reality has changed the equation on land and will determine the next step in the march towards Al-Mosul and the rest of the areas captured by the enemy… we pay tribute to the martyrs who are the flag of victory and the brave warriors who contributed in this epic battle…
