Who is responsible for the terrorists escape from prisons? Who’s negligent, who’s a conspirator, and who’s a delinquent?

Escape from prison has been increasing so much in Iraq that it became a phenomenon provoking concern, questions and wondering. And when we analyze the situation, we can not overlook the major escape incidents in Abu Ghraib and Tasfirat prisons in Tikrit, Basra Central prison, Taji prison and Tasfirat prison in Kirkuk, and what is happening now is nothing but a change in the counter tactic and divergence from escaping from big prisons to small stations that belongs to the Ministry of Interior like what had happened a few days ago in the prison of Al-Khalis criminal Directorate, and the escape attempt from Al-Kadhimiya and Rusafa Central prisons before that. This reveals a massive flaw in the administration of the prison sector that is managed by the Justice Ministry whish supervises the reforming circles in the Tasfirat inner stations, and subsequently we wonder:
About the digging of a tunnel in Tasfirat prison of Al-Rusafa; who is responsible??

About the digging of a tunnel in Tasfirat prison of Al-Rusafa; were the divisions assigned to this case unable to find methods to address these repetitive attempts?

  • Did they learn from their previous experiences in putting a well-thought plan to face this dangerous challenge?
  • Methods like tunnel digging, halls burning, stirring up riots and chaos, assaulting the guards and killing them, and taking over their weapons have become exposed and can be addressed … so why are they repeated in every attempt??
  • Where is the error and who’s responsible for entering restricted materials used in digging, burning, and assault?
  • Why is it allowed to enter mobile phones into the cells?
  • Where is the secret security surveillance for what is happening in prisons and stations?
  • Why aren’t there any considerations or assessments of the situations of probable threats?
  • Where are the investigation results or the previous violations? Who is accused and negligent? And what are the recommendations?

The prison file is part of the heated struggle against the terrorist groups planning on breaking out their captive leaders, and places that among their top priorities, and uses it for propaganda and media marketing to raise the low morale of their troops that have begun to leak out of warfronts, so much that it came down to executing some of them publicly to reduce the psychological collapse state among their ranks.

Tasfirat prison
Initial reports hints that the escape incident of Al-Khalis’s prisoners happened from the inside, using the same known methods that usually start with disobedience and riots,  or deceiving the guards with disease and subservience, or other methods that require skills, experience, and high training to be able to address these criminals. And usually the first victims in these attempts are the sympathizing guards for any possible reason, and that can’t be discussed before the investigations are completed. While the ministry of interior has announced the escape of a number of detainees, ISIS has also admitted breaking out seven of their high-level terrorists that are wanted for justice.

The Ministries of Justice and Interior are required to present a convincing explanation to the public about what truly happened and is happening in prisons and Tasfirat, and the procedures taken to address the dangerous prison break phenomenon. And what are the results of chasing after the fugitives, and the bringing down of those who aided in those incidents either by directly being involved or through negligence, not only in this incident, but the national interest is owed the reveal of the investigation results in the past incidents as well. Otherwise we are facing a war that is far riskier and more deadly in its effects and fallouts that what is happening in the fronts of armed struggles … And Allah is the one whose help is sought.
