The destruction strategy and the tactic of snapping and distracting

When home is subjected to attacks and external threats, all must be united, the energies and resources must be filled, and everyone must back-up the Armed Forces, the PMF, and all the warriors at the fronts facing the attack, stopping criminals, and defending home with every available and possible way. This is not just in theory, but it’s how to earn affiliation and a patriotic duty that all the countries of the world expend a lot of effort to establish its meaning and commitment regardless of the regime – democratic or dictatorial – except for Iraq. As the war against terrorism and its fetal challenges haven’t succeed in uniting the parties, instead, it increased the gap and conflict between them, raising the levels of contradiction and causing splits letting it spread through the media and political platforms. There are two main pivots to the current conflicts situation that are clear to anyone following up with the Iraqi affairs, firstly being one front believing the salvation lies within the quadrilateral cooperation and calls for a Russian military intervention in the Iraqi crisis, while the other front sees that the International Alliance and the American presence provides shade and a safe zone with their power to keep the balance with the other side. As for the Americans and their alliances, they observe Iraqi politics with worry, seeing that they haven’t decisively made up any definite conclusions in regards to this sensitive matter, and even sent their Commander-in-chief Joseph Danford to Baghdad to get satisfying answers and promises in this matter once and for all. And in the meantime the military operations remain hostage to the political situation and its instability.

Between this and that, ISIS continues their blood dance on the shreds of our wounded homeland, getting better at the game and its rules and thriving from the splitting conflicts and weakness, all while the continuation of bloodshed and the draining of the country’s resources, with the refugee problem entering its second winter in the middle of rain floods, disease, and loss. Hopes and lives stand waiting a solution putting the country and its people’s interest in the first place over any factional and personal interests or gains, and searching for what would make the war’s cruelty and sacrifices a step towards liberating the land and its people, defeating the aggression, and rebuilding the country on the bases of loyalty for home and saving human rights and dignity.

America can deceive the world and fight a war on a map made of cloth, and the Russians can break the rhythm and dance with the crazy ideologies in the Middle East. And between the strategy of distraction and containment and the tactic of snapping and distracting appears the homeland’s need for a clearer, deeper, wiser, and bolder policy that corrects the rhythm, fixes the cracks and fills the gaps between the parties, uniting them towards the common good to save Iraq from its current crisis without making rules or conditions or seeking strength from outside parties. The most urgent question among all this noise is: Who will take initiative and pull the country’s wheel away from the mountain edge and guide it back to safety?
While waiting for an answer, we rely on patience, hope, and hard work. And as the Arabs say (Waiting is the best advisor).
