Here, we present a plan for the next phase through modern points suitable for a calm discussion which seeks to avoid any possible crisis ahead…
(Humans)… I believe that the start is with the people; and the first step is to rescue and help the refugees, and provide compassion and emotional support to them to aid them in curing their misery and suffering, as they are fundamental to any future security plans and they must feel support from their government and the presence of its facilities and authorities as they provide all possible help, Which is essential to proceed to the next step…
(Civil command of the land)… starting with removing war remnants, reopening the streets, and bringing back the basic social facilities and services to the city (water, electricity, health care, schools, police, civil court, banks, and all other civil service facilities) this would serve as a declaration of the restored civil command of the land and the imposition of State authority, which will spread an atmosphere of reassurance and a sense of security and stability among citizens…
(Follow-up and verification)… which can be accomplished through stern security procedures such as performing thorough checking, monitoring and verifying incoming information and filtering them, excluding any reports that might aim to serve anyone’s personal hidden agenda, and also not allowing the spread of vindictive personal hatred among groups and individuals, and establish legal judiciary rule and laws instead…
Utilizing the national intelligence effort with the importance of the security and information cooperation with the neighboring countries in mind, to come between and prevent any possible activities or plans from the extremist terrorist groups…
(Depoliticizing the files)… it’s extremely important to separate between civil and political affairs and calls for the inauguration of a so called “military ruler” in agreement with the Americans as we started to smell what’ been getting cooked up in the corridors of the CIA and Pentagon and also became aware of who’s been cooking it. The results haven’t yet been revealed; however it is certain that a quest to spread the control and influence of a political party over the city exists in the critical phase that precedes the elections, thus bringing out a new state of political montage from under the hat of the so-called general… It is a dangerous political game that employs the victories and heroic sacrifices of our people into serving suspicious agendas…
(Utilizing victory)… completing what remains of military missions including spreading control over the borders with the cooperation of the neighboring countries, specially Syria, and chasing ISIS’s hideaways out into the desert areas, preventing them from reorganizing or catching their breath…
Honoring the brave heroes that have shown outstanding courage in battle and creating medals and badges of Honor that emphasizes on a law that gains its legitimacy from the sacrifices of our heroes…
Caring for the martyrs’ families and providing their parents with legal and financial insurances guaranteeing human dignity and decent living for them…
(The national decision)… resolving the files of (Tal Afar, a side of Al-Shirqat, Hawija, Rawa, Al-Qa’im) as they are logistical and operational platforms for ISIS and points of tension and instability in the area…
The necessity to finding political solutions for the hanging issues and disputes with the Kurdistan region and coming between any further escalation and tension.
(Caution)… paying attention to the dead angle of victory which is “negligence” as it can be an unexpected passage for ISIS to sneak through it to weak spots to perform revenge and reprisal missions…
The enemy is now switching from geographical positioning into the underground using ghost war tactics, wandering terrorism, ambushes, and guerrilla warfare. This requires attention and extreme caution so as to waste the opportunity on the enemy to succeed…
(Conclusion)…
If we’ve succeeded in defeating ISIS’s military arsenal, there still remains the war on the intellectual and ideological arsenals of terrorism and the path ahead is still a long one…
