(Humans)\u2026 I believe that the start is with the people; and the first step is to rescue and help the refugees, and provide compassion and emotional support to them to aid them in curing their misery and suffering, as they are fundamental to any future security plans and they must feel support from their government and the presence of its facilities and authorities as they provide all possible help, Which is essential to proceed to the next step\u2026<\/p>\n

(Civil command of the land)\u2026 starting with removing war remnants, reopening the streets, and bringing back the basic social facilities and services to the city (water, electricity, health care, schools, police, civil court, banks, and all other civil service facilities) this would serve as a declaration of the restored civil command of the land and the imposition of State authority, which will spread an atmosphere of reassurance and a sense of security and stability among citizens\u2026<\/p>\n

(Follow-up and verification)\u2026 which can be accomplished through stern security procedures such as performing thorough checking, monitoring and verifying incoming information and filtering them, excluding any reports that might aim to serve anyone’s personal hidden agenda, and also not allowing the spread of vindictive personal hatred among groups and individuals, and establish legal judiciary rule and laws instead\u2026<\/p>\n
